The civil process section is responsible for the service of summons, subpoenas, and writs issued by the various courts to include: justice court, municipal courts, chancery court, youth court, and circuit court. Process is also received and served from courts outside of Tate County. Last year, the civil process personnel handled over 1600 pieces of process.
